AI Impact Score
A structured view of how AI-enabled processes are performing across departments against the KPIs agreed for each process. The score should be traceable to the measures underneath it, not an unexplained number.
Aidvex Command is designed to sit above the AI tools a company already uses — from enterprise platforms and copilots to CRM, messaging and reporting systems — and give leadership one operating view of impact, waste, opportunity and ROI.
Command is more than the visual dashboard. The value comes from connecting the operational data, AI systems and agreed success measures underneath it so leadership can see what is working, what is wasting money and where AI should go next.
What AI is working? What is wasting money? Where should AI go next? What did the systems we deployed actually change?
A structured view of how AI-enabled processes are performing across departments against the KPIs agreed for each process. The score should be traceable to the measures underneath it, not an unexplained number.
Flags AI tools, subscriptions, agents or workflows that appear duplicated, underused, disconnected, expensive relative to their output, or difficult to justify against an agreed business measure.
Highlights workflows that appear suitable for automation and estimates the potential impact using available business inputs. Estimated opportunity remains labelled as an estimate until the system is deployed and real performance can be measured.
Map current AI use, workflow gaps, disconnected systems, manual effort, waste candidates and possible automation opportunities. Where hard measurement does not yet exist, outputs are directional and clearly labelled as estimates.
Once the right data is connected, Command can compare agreed baselines with current performance: response time, throughput, hours saved, cost, conversion, revenue contribution or other measures relevant to the system.
Suppose a sales team manually researches leads, writes outreach, follows up inconsistently and updates the CRM by hand. The audit identifies those steps. Aidvex then connects the required data, deploys several agents and workflows, and Command tracks the agreed outcomes.
If we estimate that a workflow could save 20 hours a week, that is an opportunity estimate until the redesigned system is operating and the time saved can be measured.
A dashboard cannot truthfully claim revenue impact unless the relevant sales, cost and operational data is available and the attribution method is agreed.
Command is intended to improve visibility and decision support. It does not replace leadership judgement, context or accountability.
The free AI audit gives Aidvex the context needed to identify current AI use, workflow gaps and the areas worth measuring more deeply.
